Ordering from Nicotine Pouches Pro: delivery, payment and age checks

We get the same few questions every week, so here is how ordering from us works from start to finish.

Placing an order

Pick your brand, choose the strength and flavour, add it to your cart and check out with your delivery address and a phone number we can reach. Please double-check the number, because the courier will call it when they are close.

Delivery cost

We deliver across the UAE. Delivery is a flat AED 20 per order, and it is free once your order reaches AED 350. If you would rather pay delivery once, it makes sense to stock up on a few cans in the same order. Details are on our shipping and delivery page.

Paying

At the moment we take cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when the order arrives, so please keep the amount ready. We do not ask for card details on the site.

Age checks

Nicotine pouches are for adults aged 18 and over. The courier may ask to see an ID when they hand over your order, and we cannot hand it over if the person receiving it is under 18 or cannot show their age.

Looking after your cans

Keep them somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun, and away from children and pets. Once a can has been opened, it is best used within a few weeks so the pouches stay fresh.
