Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery cost

  • Orders under AED 350: flat delivery fee of AED 20.
  • Orders of AED 350 or more: free delivery.

The delivery fee is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order.

Payment

Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, and please keep the amount ready. We do not take card payments at the moment.

How long it takes

Delivery time depends on where in the UAE you are. Message us on WhatsApp and we will give you an estimate for your area.

Age check on delivery

Our products are for adults aged 18 and over. The courier may ask to see an ID when they hand over your order. We cannot hand an order over to someone who is under 18 or who cannot show they are old enough.

Before you order

  • Give us a full delivery address and a phone number that works. The courier will call it.
  • Make sure someone is available to receive the order and pay.

Problems with a delivery

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see our Refund and Returns Policy and contact us within 48 hours.
